From People-Pleaser to Authentic Badass: A 30-Year Journey (With a Few Broken Bones Along the Way)

My medical history and personal experience led me to a more complete and individual approach of health. By adding prevention strategies and nutritional support based on applied kinesiology and using the powerful technology of Electro-Photonic Imaging (EPI), health monitoring becomes a more adjusted and performant tool in one's health and personal development. My practise is therefor called Natural Healing by Design.

As a kinesiologist and holistic health coach, my role is to help you reconnect with that wisdom. Using a combination of movement therapy, muscle testing, nutrition, and energy alignment, I guide you toward greater strength, balance, and vitality. Rather than masking symptoms, we uncover the root causes of discomfort and create a personalized path to healing.

This is about more than just feeling better—it’s about thriving. When your body moves with ease, your mind feels clear, and your energy is aligned, life simply flows. My goal is to help you achieve that state of well-being, so you can live with confidence, resilience, and joy.For over 30 years, I had a PhD in People-Pleasing (unofficial, but thoroughly tested). It started early—staying quiet as a kid to avoid rocking the boat, choosing a career in law because, well, that’s what smart, responsible people do, and spending years in a job that made my soul curl up like a disappointed houseplant.

The universe, in its infinite wisdom, decided subtle hints weren’t enough. So, it served me a burnout special with a side of double open ankle fracture (yes, both bones, yes). Apparently, when you ignore your inner truth for too long, life makes sure you LITERALLY can’t move forward.

With love and encouragement of my dear wife, I finally gave myself permission to say:

✅ Yes to living fully my purpose as my authentic self.

Now? I’m happy, thriving, and the only catering I do is for dinner parties I actually want to host. 💃✨

This journey led to deeper emotional and spiritual healing. I saw that true restoration isn’t just physical—it involves releasing stored trauma, shifting limiting beliefs, and reconnecting with our authentic selves. Meditation, a practice I’ve had for over 30 years, became an anchor in this process, cultivating awareness, inner peace, and a connection to higher consciousness.

My interest in quantum physics expanded my approach beyond the physical, incorporating energy work and deeper consciousness into healing. I now help others in their recovery.

Real healthcare should encompass both conventional and complementary medicine to ensure that patients receive the most complete and effective care. My focus is on preventive care.
